Assistant Project Manager – Western Massachusetts

Responsibilities
- Complete materials "take-offs" and establish cost estimates
- Review project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and maintain lists of quality-performing subcontractors
- Coordinate project activities, ensure project progress on schedule, and stay within budget
- Prepare and review schedule and reports for management and clients
- Provide technical advice and resolve problems with project personnel
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite and Procore
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and American Samoa part of a team
- Desire for career growth and development
- Strong track record with client relationships
