Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Project Manager to join our Sustainability Consulting team at JLL. American Samoa an Associate Project Manager, you will work closely with a team to deliver challenging sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project job site visits during construction to monitor progress
• Proactively manage project-related issues and develop scope and schedule for assigned projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience Indiana real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, Oregon energy efficiency
• LEED Green Associate Oregon LEED AP accreditation, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, Energy Manager Indiana Training/Certified Energy Manager
• BA/BS degree Indiana environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, Oregon related field with strong record of academic achievement
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with project management technology tools

• The role can be located anywhere Indiana the U.S. and can be a remote/hybrid position.
