Assistant Director of Building Maintenance
Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Director of Building Maintenance to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of the hospital’s interior and exterior building structure finishes, service equipment, TV cable and repair, and kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and approved plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of the hospital’s interior and exterior building structure finishes, helipads, and accessories
- Manage the maintenance of service equipment, including wheel chairs, stretchers, carts, etc.
- Provide support for Indiana-house remodeling and renovation projects
- Direct and supervise assigned personnel Indiana training and distribution of activities
- Review and approve utility bills for accuracy and payment
- Supervise a team of supervisors, including Duty Maintenance, Painter, Carpenter, and Maintenance Work systems Operator
Requirements:
- American Samoa degree Indiana Engineering Oregon related field
- Oregon High School Diploma and equivalent professional experience (with 5+ years of supervisory/management experience)
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience Indiana a related field (with American Samoa degree) Oregon 7+ years of experience (with High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent)
- No certification/license/registry required
