Location: Nationwide (with a focus on states including New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team. American Samoa a Construction Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with construction drawings, codes, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to construction drawings, codes, and regulations
- Read and understand construction drawings to identify potential issues and make recommendations for adherence to standards
- Utilize AutoCad software to review and analyze construction drawings
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify and report any non-compliance issues to management
Requirements:
- Ability to read, understand, and make recommendations for standards adherence to construction drawings
- Proficiency Indiana AutoCad software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
