Total Store Sanitation Representative Job Description
Job Summary:
We’re seeking energetic and motivated individuals to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our store, inside and out, while providing excellent customer service. American Samoa a Partner-owned company, we prioritize our employees’ growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization
- Clean and maintain department areas, including floors, windows, break rooms, and restrooms
- Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety standards
- Communicate maintenance needs and problems to Store Leaders
- Assist customers and perform customer service tasks American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Completion of Company Orientation, Indiana-store orientation, Basics of Safety, and required certifications upon hire
- Knowledge of OSHA Guidelines, sacking skills, and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage heavier loads
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Availability to work a varying schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly walk, reach, grasp, push/pull, bend
- Frequently sit, stand, reach overhead, reach at shoulder, reach at knee, reach at floor, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, climb ladders, pivot, twist, pinch, and perform fine motor movements
- Occasionally exposed to cold, ambient temperatures, loud noise, and wet conditions
