Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly experienced technical leader to design, develop, and deploy scalable and highly available global voice architectures Indiana alignment with AIG IT and business objectives. American Samoa a Senior Voice Architect, you will provide overall direction for voice architecture, collaborate with stakeholders to develop consensus, and drive results across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain an aspirational architectural roadmap for enterprise telephony, ensuring specific technologies are appropriately designed and leveraged.
  • Lead architect responsible for designing and developing scalable and highly available solution architectures.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders and governing boards to enforce architecture standards.
  • Evaluate alternative technologies and architectures to meet consolidated communications’ infrastructure needs.
  • Develop state-of-the-art technology to deliver stable and scalable technical solutions using a cloud-first methodology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop consensus, drive results, and execute projects across the organization.
  • Act American Samoa an escalation engineer for high-severity telephony-related production issues.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience Indiana enterprise level core voice technologies.
  • Expert-level knowledge Indiana Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking, call flows, and unified communications protocols.
  • Experience with Session Border Controller (SBC) and Session Management technologies. Oracle Communications (Acme Packet) product experience preferred.
  • Experience with legacy and next-generation telephony/SIP carrier offerings for both DID and Toll-Free services.
  • Strong background Indiana core voice migration activities related to TDM to SIP, carrier to carrier, toll free, and on-premises to cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to develop self and others through coaching, continuously learning, and sharing knowledge.
  • Demonstrated tactical and strategic ownership of assigned initiatives to drive overall success.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $99,000-$143,000 ( Jersey City, New Jersey location).
