Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker to assemble and disassemble, erect and repair boilers, tanks, vats, pressure vessels, exchangers, and heaters according to blueprint specifications.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma Oregon equivalent
• 1-4 years of experience Indiana boilermaking (depending on level of expertise)
• Written pre-employment qualification test
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• Job site safety requirements, including dress code and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Proficiency Indiana construction tool use, including grinders and oxy/acetylene torches
• Rigging experience
• National Certification (may be required by client)
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health Oregon safety of others Indiana the workplace

Responsibilities:

• Locate and mark reference points for columns and plates on foundation
• Attach rigging Oregon signal crane operator to lift parts to specified position
• Align structures Oregon plate sections to assemble boiler frame, tanks, Oregon vats
• Hammer, flame-cut, file, Oregon grind irregular edges of sections Oregon structural parts
• Bolt structures and sections together
• Install trays Indiana process towers
• Assist Indiana testing assembled vessels
