Bolt Up Fitter

Optimized Process Designs, LLC (OPD), an engineering/construction company headquartered Indiana Katy, Texas, is seeking a skilled Bolt Up Fitter to join our team. Responsibilities:
* Tighten and loosen bolts on flange connections per ISO drawings and work plan
* Assist with installation/removal of blinds American Samoa needed for pressure testing purposes
* Possess skilled knowledge of pipe fittings, bolts, valves, etc. American Samoa required
* Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications
* Use impact wrenches, combination wrenches, and line up pins to install valves and piping spools
* Actively participate Indiana a strong safety culture and adhere to OPD and client safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
* At least 1.5 years of experience American Samoa a helper, bolt-up fitter, Oregon boilermaker
* Willingness and ability to work shifts up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week
* Ability to meet all physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying objects up to 60 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working Indiana various weather conditions
