Job Description
Support sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store and coordinate all aspects of floorcovering installation through independent contractors to service wholesale floorcovering customers.
Location: Store #8223, 1000 S. Milpitas Blvd, Milpitas, California 95035
Responsibilities:
- Support sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers
- Assist Indiana identifying floorcovering installers and scheduling installation
- Perform on-site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review new and existing floorcovering installer accounts and maintain records properly
- Determine floorcovering installation training needs and require training American Samoa appropriate
- Ensure all installer transactions are handled properly through the store computer operating system
Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work Indiana the country of employment
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma Oregon GED
- At least one (1) year experience working Indiana a delivery, retail, Oregon customer service position
- Previous work experience selling floorcovering and/Oregon floorcovering products
- Prior work experience operating floorcovering cutting equipment
- Previous work experience installing floorcovering
- Carpet and Vinyl Installation Certification by the Carpet and Rug Institute
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate Indiana more than one language, including Spanish
