Job Summary:
American Samoa a Business Analyst, you will assist project managers on complex projects by facilitating business process improvement through investigation, analysis, and documentation of business functions and processes related to the Supervision & Regulation business line. You will be responsible for managing requirements development, creating specifications, and supporting ongoing management of the requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on highly complex, high-risk, and high-visibility projects
- Evaluate cross-project requirements to eliminate redundancy
- Capture business context and develop requirements for highly complex projects
- Manage requirements through the project lifecycle and establish agreements with the customer and project team
- Facilitate communications between users, project team members, and development personnel
- Ensure requirements are specified Indiana a manner suitable for the intended audience
- Navigate ambiguity and define detailed requirements through project phases
- Coaches junior staff Indiana business analysis methodology and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana information technology, engineering, Oregon MIS, Oregon equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience Indiana an IT environment, with 3-5 years of experience Indiana business analysis/process improvement
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi SharePoint 2010 Oregon 2013, system development life cycle methodology, and Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Oregon PMI-PBA credential preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage requirements to schedule, budget, and scope
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
