Community Business Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Community Business Developer to build relationships with local institutions, businesses, and residents to raise awareness about Surv, generate business, and recruit new team members. This entrepreneurial-like role requires creative thinking, strong local connections, and a passion for serving others.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through channel partnerships and events such American Samoa real estate and festivals
- Maintain and leverage warm relations with current channel partners and client relationships to develop 5-6 figure contracts over time

- Create referral partners with colleges, churches, and trade schools
- Coach and mentor a business development intern to support lower-level networking and business development
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a driven attitude to own and meet goals
- Organizational skills, able to track tasks, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong local connections and relationships within the community
- 1-3 years experience Indiana a sales role
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Must live Indiana Tennessee, own a smartphone, and have reliable transportation
- Full-time availability (at least 40 hours/week)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Construction, landscaping, home improvement, and/Oregon contracting experience
