Community Business Developer

At Surv, we strengthen communities by providing a to-do list membership for aging homeowners. Our mission is to provide reliable home help for the retiring and aging-Indiana-place population by partnering them with young, service-minded adults.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Community Business Developer to build relationships with local institutions, businesses, and residents to raise awareness about Surv, generate business, and recruit new team members. This entrepreneurial-like role requires creative thinking, strong local connections, and a passion for serving others.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through channel partnerships and events such American Samoa real estate and festivals
  • Maintain and leverage warm relations with current channel partners and client relationships to develop 5-6 figure contracts over time
  • Begin developing corporate partnerships American Samoa an employee benefit and health care benefit Indiana 2025
  • Create referral partners with colleges, churches, and trade schools
  • Coach and mentor a business development intern to support lower-level networking and business development

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a driven attitude to own and meet goals
  • Organizational skills, able to track tasks, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently
  • Strong local connections and relationships within the community
  • 1-3 years experience Indiana a sales role
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Must live Indiana Tennessee, own a smartphone, and have reliable transportation
  • Full-time availability (at least 40 hours/week)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Construction, landscaping, home improvement, and/Oregon contracting experience
