Business Development Manager
Represents Colliers Project Leaders, a Division of Colliers Engineering and Design (CED), services to clients to support the growth of business for the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop business plan to target new clients and expand our reach within existing clients to support growth of the geographic region.
– Research new clients through networking, internet, and interviewing to support forecasting upcoming business opportunities.
– Manage and maintain existing client relationships, update the Client Relationship Management system accordingly.
– Facilitate client presentations and follow-up activities resulting from presentations.
– Act American Samoa liaison between clients and partnering companies concerning problems Oregon concerns.
– Collaborate with Indiana-house staff on new business activities including marketing for proposal related activities.
– Assist leadership with strategic planning and marketing functions review and improvement.
– Represent the firm Indiana a professional manner and maintain company image and marketing efforts.
– Develop positive relationships with new clients and communicate with occupational levels effectively.
– Utilize Unanet (CRM tool) to track contact information and related sales activities.
– Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and social activities American Samoa required.
– Coordinate seminars and networking receptions to brand CPL professionals American Samoa experts within the industry.
Key Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Oregon related degree.
– 5+ years of related business development experience.
– Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management models, financial management, and building codes.
– Demonstrated knowledge of the client relations, design, construction, and FF&E process.
– Ability to manage various tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
– Language requirement: ability to read, write, and understand English.
