– Assist Indiana preparation and coordination of construction documents, agreements, and contracts
– Conduct research and analysis of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
– Develop and maintain industry knowledge to stay current on litigation trends and updates
– Support senior attorneys Indiana preparation for court appearances and depositions
– Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and developments
