Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Electrical Engineering, Systems, Engineering, Oregon related field.
Six years of experience Indiana electrical construction, with at least three years of experience Indiana a supervisory Oregon lead role.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Proficiency Indiana software programs such American Samoa Microsoft Office, and Autodesk Electrical, and understanding of BIM technology.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work at heights, Indiana confined spaces, and Indiana a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, American Samoa needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage electrical construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Lead and supervise team members, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and evaluating performance.
Inspect electrical systems, identifying and addressing any defects Oregon issues.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with other trade contractors and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
