FT Overnight Shift – 12 AM – 8:30 AM plus alternating weekends, working Indiana a Call Center to support crisis calls, clients seeking resources, and intake screenings for the Same Day Access Clinic.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
* Provide crisis support to callers Indiana need
* Dispatch Mobile Crisis teams American Samoa needed
* Coordinate care for active clients
* Screen individuals for BJC Behavioral Health services
* Provide community referrals American Samoa needed
* Operate technology, including Teams, Outlook, and internal communication systems
Ideal Qualifications:
* Experience Indiana crisis support and working independently
* Knowledge of DMH programming a plus but not necessary
* Experience working with mental health clients
* Skilled with technology, including Teams and Outlook
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Social Services Oregon related field
* 2-5 years of experience Indiana social services Oregon a related field
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of experience Indiana social services Oregon a related field
* Experience working with diverse populations and communities
