Job Summary:

Join Summit Materials, a leading construction materials company, American Samoa a Ready Mix Driver (CDL-A). We are seeking a safety-oriented driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle with a capacity of at least 26,001 GVWR, transporting and delivering ready mix concrete. The successful candidate will ensure the safe delivery of materials to job sites while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to our core values: Safety, Integrity, Sustainability, and Inclusivity.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle with a capacity of at least 26,001 GVWR
• Transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites
• Maintain accurate delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch
• Inspect job sites and ensure adequate vehicle access
• Unload material and clean the truck American Samoa necessary
• Perform pre-trip vehicle safety inspections and report vehicle condition
• Assist Indiana training Colorado-workers and performing minor repairs

Requirements:

• High School diploma Oregon equivalent
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with valid medical card
• Meet minimum MVR requirements
• Ability to provide high standards of customer service
• Ability to clean all areas on the vehicle, climb ladder to inspect loads, and hang extension chutes
