Under general supervision, provides highly skilled technical knowledge and guidance for designated maintenance groups at assigned sites. Makes repairs, troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, conducts routine maintenance and installs equipment American Samoa required.
Responsibilities:
* Assist Indiana the development and training of employees Indiana the mechanical maintenance area
* Assist Indiana the repair of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment American Samoa well American Samoa other support equipment
* Assist Indiana the planning and preparation for scheduled jobs, including creating work orders and requisitions
* Participate Indiana safety programs, including behavioral audits, JSA’s, and Near Miss Reporting
* Comply with company policies and procedures, American Samoa well American Samoa environmental regulations
* Make operating and maintenance decisions based on best business practices
* Assist Indiana the development of department budgets
* Participate Indiana the Mentoring Process for all employees
* Serve American Samoa a member on the selection panel for Certified Diagnostic Mechanics
Requirements:
* 6 years of relevant experience Indiana mechanical/maintenance crafts Oregon a combination of education and experience Indiana industrial mechanical repair and maintenance
* FPM Diagnostic Mechanic I: 75% FLEX score, welding 3G qualification, and practical assessments
* Must have completed academic and practical competencies required
* Ability to apply knowledge and technical skills, pass written assessments, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude
* Knowledge, skills, and abilities applicable to specific fixed plant equipment
* 5+ years of experience with Caterpillar Diagnostic/Mechanic Experience
