Job Title: Civil Engineer – Roadways/Transportation

Job Summary:
We are an established architectural and engineering company seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with experience Indiana roadways/transportation to join our team. Indiana this role, you will prepare project documents, manage staff, and lead the planning and design of roadway, site development, and stormwater projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Phase I project documents
- Manage technical and support staff on various projects
- Plan and design roadway, site development, and stormwater projects
- Ensure familiarity with IDOT design policy manuals, submittal, and permitting requirements
- Collaborate with staff members Indiana other disciplines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Civil Engineering
- Experience Indiana roadway and transportation-related projects
- Proficiency Indiana AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microstation/Geopak/Open Roads Designer (preferred)
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Knowledge of drainage design and IDOT (Illinois Department of Transportation)
