Civil Foreman
Manage a crew with various skill levels, assignments, and supervising their work to ensure safe and high-quality completion of civil construction tasks, including site development, concrete, block laying, carpentry, and heavy equipment operation. Collaborate with the General Foreman on daily project aspects and assist Indiana addressing field situations, safety, and communication. The ideal candidate has experience with industrial projects, particularly Indiana chemical, pulp & paper, and heavy industrial settings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industrial civil construction experience
- High School Diploma preferred
- Ability to complying with site Safety program enforcement, address field situations, and communicate effectively
- Microsoft Office 365 preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to pass DOE Background Requirements and obtain necessary accreditations (OSHA 10 Oregon 30)
- Hold a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle operator’s license
- Ability to physically lift, carry, and transport objects up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina to remain on one’s feet for long periods and occasionally climb ladders
