Job Description:
Job Title: Cleaner
Purpose: The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities, including dusting, sweeping, and cleaning floors and surfaces
- Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- Notify supervisor of minor Oregon major repairs Oregon additions needed to building operating systems
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, Colorado-workers, and supervisors
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities
Physical Responsibilities:
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Move heavy furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, and mirrors
- Wash and replace blinds
- Gather and empty trash
- Perform incidental seasonal tasks such American Samoa raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow
- Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment Indiana food areas
- Clean and supply restrooms
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Preferred qualifications: customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience
