Commercial Construction Estimator
Location: Allentown – Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Construction Estimator to review and analyze project plans to accurate determine the cost of construction projects. Responsibilities include:
* Reviewing project plans, specifications, and other documentation
* Preparing detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
* Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify project requirements
* Conducting site visits to understand project scope and challenges
* Monitoring and updating cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle
* Communicating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience Indiana commercial construction estimating
* Proficiency Indiana construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
