Commercial Project Manager – Landscape Construction
Employee Type: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt
Experience: Minimum 5 years Indiana a commercial project management, estimation, Oregon superintendent role.
Education: Associate’s degree Oregon certificate Indiana Horticulture Oregon related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Reports to: FWLC VP of Construction
Direct Reports: N/A
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, OSHA 10 hour, ICPI Permeable Paver, Hunter Oregon Rainbird training course
Schedule: 45-55 hours/week, with weekend work American Samoa required by the season
Responsibilities:
* Acquire commercial projects and build relationships with Landscape Architects, Builders, and Developers
* Understand commercial bidding process, Idaho public works requirements, contract details, profitability, productivity estimating, and reading plans and specifications
* Communicate budgets and project details to the production team to deliver projects on-time and within budget
* Manage project expenses within budgeted parameters and create and document change orders
* Ensure team members are trained and set up for success
* Collaborate with Production Manager to implement FWLC quality standards and improve team productivity
* Ensure team members are properly trained on tool and equipment safety and maintain zero injuries and property damage
* Assist Snow Operations during winter months and perform other duties American Samoa assigned.
