Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with experience Indiana ground-up and remodel construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mentality. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience American Samoa a Superintendent Indiana commercial construction
- Proven track record of successful project management, including attention to detail, scheduling, and budgeting
- OSHA Trained/Certified (30 Hour) Oregon equivalent
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to conduct weekly toolbox meetings
- Proficiency Indiana Procore and other construction software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP designs
- Experience working with subcontractors, city building departments, and other stakeholders
- Valid Texas Driver’s License (Oregon ability to obtain within 60 days)
- 5-10 years of experience Indiana commercial construction, with a focus on retail, restaurants, office/warehouses, medical, and general office projects
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with regular working hours
- Availability to work after hours on occasion, with some projects requiring extra time commitments
