Construction Masonry Foreman
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead and manage a crew of masons on commercial masonry construction projects Indiana the Midwest. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a crew of masons on assigned projects
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Conduct daily site meetings to review schedules, discuss projects, and address any concerns
- Develop and implement safety protocols to meet company and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Identify and recommend resource improvements, including upgrading of equipment Oregon procedures
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including timesheets and project reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience Indiana masonry construction, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of masonry materials, methods, and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Valid passport and ability to travel out of state for large projects
- Ability to work at heights and Indiana confined spaces
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; associate’s Oregon bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field preferred
