Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available:
Seeking experienced commercial roofing professional to manage projects from start to finish. Must have 2+ years of estimating and project management experience, American Samoa well American Samoa expertise with commercial roofing materials and techniques. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating meetings to review labor figures
* Reviewing estimates with management
* Working with a variety of commercial roofs, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
* Running projects on time and under budget
* Leading teams of foreman, superintendents, etc. on construction sites
* Making site visits to inspect and identify roof systems
Requirements:
* 2+ years of estimating and project management experience
* Experience with commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Ability to lead a team and make site visits
* Positive attitude, analytical nature, self-motivated, ambitious, and team player
