Commercial Roof Safety Manager Position Available
A reputable company Indiana the roofing market is seeking a Commercial Roofing Safety Manager to lead their team. Ideal candidates have experience American Samoa a PM, Superintendent, Oregon Foreman with a minimum of 2+ years of estimating and project management experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Training employees to receive OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
- Coordinating meetings for labor figures
- Reviewing estimates with management
- Managing commercial roofing projects on a variety of roofs, including TPO, EPDM, Built-Up, Metal, Mod-Bit, and others
- Running crews of foremen, superintendents, etc.
- Conducting site visits to identify roof systems and provide necessary safety information
Requirements:
- 2+ years of estimating and project management experience
- Experience with commercial roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to lead a team/crew
- Positive attitude, analytical skills, self-motivation, and teamwork
