Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available
We are working with a reputable roofing company seeking an experienced Commercial Roof Project Manager. The company values customer satisfaction, employee relations, and excellent workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a background Indiana project management, superintendent, Oregon foreman roles, with a focus on commercial roofing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings to obtain up-to-date labor figures
* Review estimates with management
* Lead and manage projects involving TPO, EPDM, built-up, metal, mod-bit, and other commercial roof systems
* Run projects on time and under budget
* Supervise crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members
* Conduct site visits to assess roof systems
* Make informed decisions based on analytical skills and expertise
Requirements:
* 2+ years of estimating experience and project management experience
* Experience with commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
* Positive attitude, analytical thinking, and a self-motivated approach
