Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
* Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure specifications are being met
* Act American Samoa the first point of contact for crews and delegate project responsibilities to the crew foreman American Samoa required
* Maintain the highest standard of safety controls over projects
* Purchase and schedule all labor and materials

Requirements:
* Proficient Indiana low slope roofing systems, including metal, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Modified Bitumen/Asphalt. Shingles is a plus but not required

* Strong ability to lead others and work independently
* Excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills
* Ability to work Indiana all-weather environments, including bending, lifting, and stooping. Basic math skills for material calculations.
