Construction Manager
Highland Roofing is seeking a Construction Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the project team to establish and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinating site activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Delegating project responsibilities to the crew foreman American Samoa required to better manage time, job profitability, and the project overall.
- Supervising and guiding crew members to ensure they have the resources and training needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of projects, including budgets, timelines, and crew equipment.
- Coordinating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and evaluate project scope.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Managing project risk, including identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Providing regular project updates and progress reports to the project management team.
- Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure that projects align with company objectives and goals.
