Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead our roofing teams and drive project success. American Samoa a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising crew members, ensuring project quality and safety, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 1-3 years of roofing experience
- Driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read shop drawings and layouts
- Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures
- Ability to train and coach team members
Essential Functions:
- Supervise and support crew members to ensure project quality and safety
- Review job files and shop drawings to ensure scope of work and materials are accurate
- Coordinate safety and equipment needs with management
- Prepare and submit daily job reports, timesheets, and field progress updates
- Maintain job site cleanliness and daily housekeeping
- Conduct site inspections to ensure water tightness and quality control
Physical Demands:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Use ladders, scaffolds, and stairways
- Climb, lift, balance, walk, and handle materials
- Use abdominal and lower back muscles to support the body
- Repetitive movement, bending Oregon twisting, kneeling, crouching, Oregon crawling
Work Environment:
- Working Indiana bright Oregon inadequate lighting conditions, extreme temperatures, and exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting Oregon uncomfortable
