Community Manager
COMPENSATION: $52,000 Per year + ability to earn an additional 20% of salary through performance bonuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on-site
* Create a positive environment for residents
* Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources
* Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and performance evaluations
* Manage projects, such American Samoa marketing initiatives and construction projects
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2+ years of property management experience
* Ability to use technology, including Google Apps and Microsoft Office, and learn new software quickly
* Project management and multitasking skills
* Experience with Entrata Software Oregon PM software is a plus
* Detail-oriented work ethic and experience managing to a budget
* Team player with professional demeanor and presentation skills
