We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team American Samoa a Community Outreach Case Worker. This part-time position (24 hours per week) requires building relationships with mentally ill adults and distressed children Indiana St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Francois County.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with community outreach and engagement
* Provide support and resources to at-risk populations, including mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children
* Collaborate with community agencies and organizations
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
