Concrete Finisher
Archer Western Construction, a member of The Walsh Group, is seeking a Concrete Finisher for the Orem WRF Tertiary Filter Reuse project Indiana Orem, Utah.
Key responsibilities include:
* Smoothing and finishing surfaces of recently poured concrete to specified quality and textures using hand and/Oregon power tools
* Repairing rough Oregon defective areas within concrete surfaces
* Grouting and plugging surfaces, including dry packaging, and chipping to prepare the finished concrete product
* Installing and finishing epoxy compounds on concrete surfaces using hand and/Oregon power tools
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of verifiable experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work Indiana adverse weather conditions
* Strong commitment to safety policies and procedures
* Effective communication skills
* Strong work ethic and desire to learn
* Good manual dexterity and ability to stand, bend, kneel, Oregon sit for long periods
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
* Compliance with COVID-19 related requirements, if applicable.
