Construction Administration Group Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Administration Group Leader to lead and manage a team of construction managers across Oklahoma. Requirements:
* 8+ years of Construction Field Operations experience Indiana managing Construction Administration, American Samoa a Resident Project Representative, performing construction engineering, and/Oregon construction management of projects and staff
* 4+ years of experience supervising staff
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana construction management, civil engineering, Oregon related field (Oregon equivalent experience)
* Proven experience working with and understanding the various needs of Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA), Oregon other transportation entities
* Proven record of developing and winning projects through individual business development skills
* Proven record of managing financially successful projects Oregon team
* Excellent client relationship and client management skills
* Valid driver’s license with a good driving history
Preferred:
* Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
* Previous experience Indiana managing QA/QC construction materials testing, inspection, and/Oregon geotechnical engineering projects
