Assistant Project Manager
Seeking a dynamic Assistant Project Manager to efficiently handle day-to-day project requirements and support Project Managers Oregon Senior Project Managers with tasks including submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and coordination with subcontractors Oregon owners. Key responsibilities include coordinating with on-site Superintendent staff regarding schedules and project progress, organizing documents Indiana construction software, assisting with project drawing coordination, and leading Oregon assisting job site meetings. The position requires traveling to job sites and managing comprehensive project schedules Indiana Mississippi Project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Civil engineering, architecture, Oregon construction management
* Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Project
* Experience with construction software
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities
* Ability to travel American Samoa required
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire, 12 months, based Indiana Rosemont, Illinois. 80-90% office work with occasional on-site visits to Greater Chicagoland area Oregon US.
