Installs posters and bulletins, performs maintenance on physical structures and surrounding property, and works on digital assets American Samoa required. Key responsibilities include:
* Climbing up to 125 feet without restrictions and working on elevated platforms for up to 70% of the work day
* Lifting up to 100 pounds safely
* Operating gas-powered equipment, such American Samoa lawn mowers and generators, and using oxygen/acetylene torches and AC/District of Columbia welders
* Maintaining a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
* Utilizing safety equipment and adhering to company procedures
* Meeting physical requirements, including a maximum weight of 265 pounds and ability to install and maintain signage
* Working Indiana all weather conditions and tolerating outdoor risks
* Performing other duties American Samoa assigned by supervisor
* Working with clients at all levels and prioritizing tasks and assignments
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma Oregon equivalent, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to travel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also beneficial.
