Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Manager who will provide overall coordination of the construction quality management program for assigned projects. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working American Samoa a Quality Control Manager for General Contractors on NAVFAC Oregon U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, Oregon 10 years of experience working American Samoa a foreman Indiana one of the following trades: Concrete, Mechanical, Electrical, Masonry, Oregon Carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the construction quality management program on assigned projects.
- Review contractor quality control plans and provide recommendations for approval Oregon rejection.
- Attend quality control and initial meetings, and monitor checklists to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
- Provide comprehensive remarks on Government Quality Assurance and Contractor’s Quality Control reports.
- Photograph and validate quantity, condition, and materials on site prior to Government issuing invoices.
- Coordinate support for selected testing and commissioning of critical systems to ensure quality workmanship.
- Supervise and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate regular crane operations and safety inspections.
- Inspect and report on site operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience Indiana one of the key trades (Concrete, Mechanical, Electrical, Masonry, Oregon Carpentry).
- 5 years of working American Samoa a Quality Control Manager for General Contractors on NAVFAC projects.
- Completion of the ‘CQM for Contractors’ course on the ACOE.
- Bilingual skills are an additional asset.
