Job Responsibilities:
Provide on-site inspection services for municipal/county/state improvement projects
Review applicable construction standards, regulations, and contract requirements
Coordinate design and construction operations to meet contract requirements
Assist with design calculations
Record and organize project data, email correspondence, design changes, and project statuses
Print, plot, and scan various project plans and drawings
Perform construction observation for compliance and detailed documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Oregon related field
4+ years of industry experience
Experience with Appia Software
