Lead Commercial Construction Project Manager
Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Lead Construction Project Manager for the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area. The ideal candidate will lead pre-construction efforts, manage project costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to understand project requirements
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing
- Identify value engineering opportunities with project managers, architects, and team members
- Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals to clients
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon a related field
- 5-10 years of experience American Samoa a Lead Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully running projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proficiency Indiana construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
