Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Lead for our Construction Management Program to oversee complex water resource projects. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience Indiana construction management, preferably on large and complex projects, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions, meetings, and workshops on major projects
- Ensure deliverables meet risk management requirements
- Assist Indiana marketing large pursuits and executing company strategies
- Plan, create, and oversee schedules, specifications, and budget reports
- Implement QA/QC programs and manage technical aspects of multiple projects
- Manage construction management teams and support staff
- Act American Samoa project owner’s representative and perform contract administration duties
- Conduct constructability reviews and ensure projects are on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience Indiana heavy civil engineering Oregon construction management
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Civil Engineering Oregon Construction Management
- Professional registration/certification Indiana engineering beneficial
- Proven track record Indiana delivering heavy civil projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to direct and supervise project teams with specialized expertise
- Demonstrated foresight and mature judgment Indiana problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to project sites within the US
Compensation Package:
- Pay Range: $150,000 – $200,000 annual (DOE)
