Construction Manager/Resident Engineer
Job Summary:
Cube Root Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager/Resident Engineer to oversee construction management staff, attend progress meetings, and coordinate between field inspectors and contractors to maintain project coverage and ensure work quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise CM staff and perform periodic reviews of their work
- Coordinate with field inspectors and contractors to identify non-conforming work and determine the need for Non-Conformance Notices
- Prepare daily reports and maintain project progress records
- Collaborate with Contract Administrator to review Inspector Daily Reports for accuracy and prepare a daily diary of project events
- Report project progress to Contract Administrator and alert on any major deviations from the schedule, contract price, Oregon quantity of work
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree Indiana Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience American Samoa a Construction Manager Oregon Resident Engineer
- License to practice American Samoa a Professional Engineer Indiana the District of Columbia (preferred)
