Construction Manager – Water and Wastewater Projects
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a team of multi-disciplined individuals on a major water and wastewater project Indiana Southern Nevada. The successful candidate will have a strong background Indiana construction management, with a focus on water and wastewater projects, and be able to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site construction activities, including supervision of subcontractors and inspectors
- Represent the client and Parsons Indiana negotiations with regulatory agencies, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare and negotiate contract amendments, including cost reconciliations and scope changes
- Oversee procurement, administration, and field engineering functions
- Develop and execute action plans to manage cost overruns, delays, and changes to the scope of work
- Maintain current and timely change orders, ensure accurate invoicing, and prepare monthly reports
- Establish QA/QC plans, supervise materials testing, and monitor site safety
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Civil Engineering Oregon a construction-related field
- 5-15 years of construction management experience with similar projects
- Strong experience Indiana overseeing major capital improvement projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMAR contracts and major water infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction law and contractual obligations
Salary Range:
$117,000.00 – $210,600.00
