Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm, seeks a full-time Construction Project Controls Manager for a federal construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide guidance and direction on complex project control problems
– Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and deliver statistical reports
– Manage a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists
– Assess impacts of design/construction changes and schedule slippages
– Develop and maintain project and company schedules; keep management informed
– Coordinate staffing, assign and supervise project work activities, and train personnel
– Conduct performance reviews and provide personnel development
– Recommend project control system customization to meet project requirements
– Create statistical reports for management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Construction, Engineering, Business Management, Oregon related field
– Minimum of 15 years of full-time experience Indiana construction management and project controls for large-scale civil construction projects
– Experience overseeing all elements of cost, schedule, risk, change orders, reporting Indiana Project Controls on large programs
– Prior experience with rail, tunnel, structural, Oregon soil projects preferred
– Ability to pass a TWIC and/Oregon SWAC Background Check at a High Level
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
