Project Manager – Construction
Seeking a seasoned Project Manager for commercial construction projects Indiana the Cedar Rapids area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing ground-up construction projects, particularly Indiana the commercial sector, including convenience stores, car washes, warehouses, elementary schools, and multi-family projects. With a focus on projects valued between $8-$12 million, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience Indiana a similar capacity and the ability to lead projects effectively from inception to completion.
Responsibilities include:

* Experience with commercial construction projects Indiana the $8-$12 million range
Job Details:
* Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 months
* Eligible for full benefits from day one
* Fully on-site position Indiana Cedar Rapids, Iowa
* Work hours: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* Minimal travel, mostly local to Belle Plaines and Cedar Rapids, with occasional trips to Des Moines
