Project Manager
We are a mid-size general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects Indiana San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record Indiana commercial construction and experience managing projects Indiana the affordable housing and multifamily sectors.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to established safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop project budgets, RFP packages, and assist Indiana the creation of monthly owner reports
- Facilitate project meetings and coordinate milestone setting with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the job process, including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and subcontract change orders
- Update project schedules, oversee quality control, and manage project logistics
- Collaborate with project superintendents and site operations teams
Requirements
- High school diploma; a four-year degree Indiana construction, engineering, Oregon business strongly preferred
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience; experience at a commercial general contractor preferred
- Proficiency Indiana software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, and BlueBeam
- Experience with multifamily and affordable housing construction projects
- Strong passion for construction and industry expertise
