Pay Rate: $24-$29/hour

Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays

Job Description:

Assist the Construction Services Foreman with all construction and maintenance tasks for East West Hospitality associations and residences. Fill Indiana for Old Greenwood’s SOA/HOA American Samoa needed.

Responsibilities:

– Participate Indiana regular meetings with the foreman to review goals.
– Collaborate with the painting team to complete HOA-approved projects.
– Manage time sheets, log time and materials Indiana the Track system.
– Communicate with owners and the project manager while working on projects.
– Ensure proper maintenance of painting tools and protect surrounding areas.
– Maintain a valid driver’s license.

Requirements:

– Previous construction supervisor experience required.
– Must be computer literate.
– Possess a willingness to improve department capabilities.
– Excellent organizational skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure, be self-motivated, and work weekends and holidays.
