Sheet Metal Mechanic Job Description
Job Summary:
Perform journeyman level construction, installation, alteration, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment Indiana accordance with blueprints, drawings, and work orders; provide technical guidance and direction to lower-level employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of sheet metal products
- Fabricate, assemble, install, modify, and repair sheet metal products using hand and power tools
- Measure, mark, and cut sheet metal to size using specialized tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other members of the construction team to ensure mechanical systems are installed on time and within budget
- Ensure all mechanical systems meet industry standards for quality and safety
Requirements:
- Experience American Samoa a journeyman sheet metal mechanic
- Ability to deliver high-quality mechanical systems that meet industry standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
