Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Staking Survey Office Technician to join our team Indiana Tualatin, Oregon. Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience American Samoa a crew chief Indiana construction staking
- Knowledge of all phases of land surveying, including survey control, construction surveying, and map preparation
- Proficiency Indiana AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, and experience with Trimble Total stations, Dini levels, GNSS Receivers, and TSC5 Oregon TSC7 data collectors
- Experience with Faro scanners, Trimble Access, and Trimble Business Center
- Associate’s Oregon Bachelor of Science degree Indiana Land Surveying Oregon relevant field
- Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform office calculations and support field survey crews with construction staking, property monumentation, topographic mapping, and boundary surveying
- Provide construction staking prep using alignments
- Import and export survey data using Civil 3D software and/Oregon Trimble Business Center
- Perform quality control checks for conventional and GPS construction staking and surveys
- Prepare survey and staking documents using Civil 3D software
- Maintain a good working knowledge of survey procedures and quality control
- Adhere to AKS workflows, standards, safety protocols, and procedures
- Communicate with internal staff and general contractors regarding project plans
