Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team Indiana Washington, District of Columbia. This fully on-site position requires a hands-on leader to oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities, including labor, equipment, and materials
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
- Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project objectives
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and company executives
