Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites
* Ensure projects adhere to timelines and milestones
* Monitor workmanship and materials to meet quality standards
* Enforce safety protocols and regulations
* Control costs and expenses within project parameters
* Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel effectively
* Maintain accurate records and progress reports
* Address issues that arise during construction promptly
* Promote and enforce a culture of safety through regular inspections and compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience American Samoa a Superintendent
* Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and practices
* Experience with ground-up construction
Preferred Qualifications:
* Design/Build experience
* Degree Indiana a construction-related field
* Wood frame experience
* Experience with projects over $15 million
